SELECTED WORK

The work speaks.

Different products. Real engineering challenges. Explore the idea, my contribution and the decisions behind each project.

Commerce platform — web & mobileSelected work

Yone

Yone: a web and mobile commerce experience connecting vendors, storefronts, products and orders.

LaravelPHPMySQLREST API
Explore the project & my role

My contribution

Web platform, backend and APIs; collaboration on Flutter app delivery

What was built

I developed Yone’s web platform and its app integration: multi-store vendor accounts, flexible product catalogues and attributes, cart, checkout and order management. My contribution covered web development, the backend and REST APIs, working with a Flutter developer on the mobile application.

The engineering challenge

The same product can be sold in two different stores, where one store asks for a size and the other does not. If every option becomes a new database column, the whole site needs an update every time one vendor adds one option.

Multitenant Store — concept design presentationConcept presentation
Multi-tenant commerce & operationsSelected work

Multitenant Store

From storefronts to branches and delivery: a SaaS platform for each tenant’s products, orders and service areas.

My contribution

Back-end developer

What was built

A multi-tenant commerce platform covering stores, branches, products, orders, service areas and delivery, with separate domains, subscription tiers and tenant permissions. Branch, zone and delivery scope is documented by the project owner; the available public repository contains the initial scaffold only.

The engineering challenge

Keeping each tenant’s data and permissions separated as operations span branches, zones and products, while aligning delivery settings with the order lifecycle.

Booking for hotels, farms, rooms and chalets, with payments and chat.

My contribution

Back-end lead and developer

What was built

A Laravel booking platform with governorate, property-type and date search for hotels, farms, chalets and rooms. Includes phone/OTP sign-in, reservations, payments, coupons, conversations and reviews, with separate customer, owner and administration areas.

The engineering challenge

Coordinating reservations, payment states and customer–owner communication across distinct customer, property-owner and administration workflows.

Network management & infrastructureSelected work

VPN Control

One workspace for devices, external networks, access policies and tunnel monitoring — powered by Python and a bilingual interface.

My contribution

Full-system development: Python, APIs, React and network management

What was built

I built a VPN management system with FastAPI and React: multiple primary networks, users, devices, address pools, external connections, routes, access policies, audit logs, live monitoring and encrypted backups. The architecture separates an unprivileged API from a Linux network agent. The isolated showcase uses simulated data.

The engineering challenge

Isolating network routes, handling overlapping addresses and enforcing user-and-network access policies while keeping privileged operations outside the web API. Protocol support is not blanket vendor certification; some live gateway scenarios still require field verification.

My contribution

Developer, then team leader

What was built

A ride-hailing platform and an employee-management system covering attendance, absence, salaries and deductions, with realtime events over Pusher (Triple Zero, 2019–2021). Warehouse and money-management systems and affiliate commerce (WanTek, 2018–2019).

The engineering challenge

Attendance, salaries, deductions and stock look simple on a screen, but one wrong row costs real money.

WHAT I CAN BUILD FOR YOU

A technical partner. From idea to launch.

Whether you are launching a new product or improving an existing system, we define what your business needs and build it in clear steps.

Multi-vendor marketplace

A complete marketplace with vendor accounts, independent stores, product options and order management. Built around the way your sellers and customers work.

  • Vendor accounts with multiple storefronts
  • Categories, products, mandatory and optional attributes
  • Cart, orders, checkout and payment gateway
Discuss this service

Subscription platform (multi-tenant SaaS)

Give every subscriber a separate workspace, their own domain and the features included in their plan. A clear foundation for a subscription business.

  • A tenant resolved from its own domain or subdomain
  • Tenant-scoped queries with an access check on every route
  • Features opened and closed by plan, not by hard-coded roles
Discuss this service

Booking and reservation platform

Connect availability, reservations, payments and communication in one booking experience, with the controls owners and administrators need.

  • Availability calendar and the full reservation lifecycle
  • Phone sign-in with OTP verification
  • Payments and their states: pending, captured, refunded
Discuss this service

Mobile app with the back end behind it

Build the mobile experience and the API behind it together. Expo or Flutter is selected around the product and the team that will maintain it.

  • Expo (React Native) or Flutter, depending on what the product needs
  • The REST API, auth and push behind it
  • Phone + OTP sign-in, roles and permissions
Discuss this service

Automation and data extraction (Python)

Turn repetitive data collection and reporting into a defined workflow: collect, clean, validate and export the information your team needs.

  • Collecting data from sites and portals that have no API
  • Cleaning, de-duplicating and normalising it
  • Scheduled runs with alerts when something breaks
Discuss this service

Admin dashboard and control panel

A practical workspace for your team: content, users, permissions, orders and reports, with Arabic and English interfaces.

  • Content and catalogue management without touching code
  • Users, roles and permissions: who sees, who approves
  • Order, booking and request queues with full status control
Discuss this service

Taking over an existing Laravel codebase

Start with a technical review of your existing Laravel project, then prioritize fixes, improvements and the documentation needed to maintain it.

  • A read-only audit: structure, data model, dependencies, security surface
  • A written verdict — keep, refactor or rebuild — with the reasoning
  • A fix list ordered by what threatens the business first

BEYOND WRITING CODE

Understand the business. Then build the solution.

I started developing software in 2018. My work spans commerce, booking and business systems, followed by team leadership and project management. I approach each product through two lenses: the quality of its engineering and its value to the people using it.

I write code, review architecture and care about the details of the experience. My aim is a product you understand, your team can maintain and your business can develop further.

HOW WE WORK

Know where your project stands. At every stage.

01

A first conversation

We discuss the business, its users and the outcome you need before proposing a technical solution.

02

A clear scope

We define deliverables, priorities, timeline and cost in writing, so both sides know what to expect.

03

Thoughtful architecture

We plan data, permissions, interfaces and integrations around the actual requirements.

04

Visible progress

You review working features on a preview environment and give feedback while the product takes shape.

05

Testing and refinement

We review the main user journeys, validation, permissions and integration failures before launch.

06

A complete handover

You receive the code, deployment instructions and the guidance needed to run and maintain the product.

BEFORE WE START

Good questions. Clear answers.

Get in touch
What kinds of projects do you build?

I build online stores and marketplaces, subscription and booking platforms, mobile apps, admin systems and data automation. I also review and continue existing Laravel projects.

Can you build the interface, mobile app and back end?

Yes. My work includes interfaces, back ends, admin panels and Expo or Flutter apps. Each case study states my actual role. For example, I built Yone's back end and API, while another developer built its Flutter app.

How are pricing and timelines determined?

They depend on scope, interfaces and required integrations. We agree on deliverables, cost and schedule before starting. Send a short description of your idea to discuss an appropriate estimate.

Will I receive the source code and admin panel?

Yes. Handover includes the code, deployment instructions and agreed documentation, along with guidance for the people using the admin panel. Handover and ownership details are defined in the project agreement.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. I begin by reviewing the architecture, database, integrations and code. I then explain the current state and propose priorities for fixes or refactoring before committing to implementation.

Do you still write code after working in leadership?

Yes. My background combines development, team leadership and project management. My CEO role ended in August 2025. This site presents my development services and my specific contribution to previous projects.

How will we collaborate and stay updated?

We can work in Arabic or English and agree on delivery stages and updates. Progress is shared through code and a preview environment. As I am based in Gaza, I discuss connectivity conditions and communication expectations openly before any engagement.
